The Arab Spring and Its Impact on Africa

The political upheaval throughout the Arab world, which began in December 2010 in Tunisia, has also affected Muslim and non-Muslim African countries, from Djibouti, Mauritania, and Sudan in the north to Gabon and Swaziland in the west and the south.

The aim of this research projects is to examine how the African countries have been affected by the Arab Spring and to analyze the current effects of the Arab Spring on African countries, such as Djibouti and Mauritania.
